Next mission will be the last chance to know if Isaac is intensifying before he blows through near Guadalupe. Tropical storms aren't usually much of a problem to the islands that have good electrical power infrastructures and few temporary habitats.
Its really too early to start talking about the SLOSH model and the west coast of Florida but I'm sure the media will be playing up any threat to the NRC. Most of the models have a significant amount of land interaction with the big islands at the moment. Hope Hispaniola is preparing.
