Wow that is incredible, especially if no one was injured. This must be what I was hearing about on the citywide FDNY band I have on.

Speaking of the FDNY radio chatter, they were just talking about how Brighton and Manhattan beach areas are totally inaccessible now.

OK, looks like it's the (front) building collapse from around the corner (view blocked by building on the left).
