The dry air is like RAID for cockroaches. Now, there should be RAID for upper level ridges (AKA Cockroach Ridge) that cause heat waves. That seems to have been a problem with Gulf storms lately.

If she doesn't fire some convection around her center soon I think it may be time to bring Bones in to make the call. The dry air has for sure done a number on her and she appears to be on life support now. I thought the convection that had fired near the Yucatan would work it's way North and into her but it appears to be dying off as well.

It's either dry air or the Hurricane Hunters were dropping some of that magic pixie dust in the middle to dissipate her...LOL.
