Take off is at 10:30 pm EDT and will be there from 1:30 am to 8 am.

Shocked they are taking off from Mobile, thought that would of taken off from either Pensacola or even Port Canaveral. Don't they have bases at those spots also?

They are taking off from Biloxi, MS. That is where the 53rd Weather Recon is based.

My bad, I meant to say Biloxi not Mobile, even though that really is much of a difference, 60 miles at the most.

Are they sampling the upper atmosphere while they are flying down? That would be great for figuring out what is happening in front of Isaac, especially since its a good chance they could be flying the exact path he will be taking.
