It's too bad that the LKP was so far away from shore, FL Wing CAP assets would be very helpful in searching for debris. It was searching for things in the ocean, afterall, that CAP first atarted doing back in the early 1940s. Nonetheless, I really hope they do find it. :(

I know I continue to post about the El Faro, for those interested here is a link to the company's website where updates will be posted. Please keep the prayers coming. The Coast Guard has done a lot of searching with a lot of area covered and sadly no signs other than the life ring.

Good agreement from Recon on an intensity of 125 kt (SFMR supports 130, FL winds support 120). Pressure up a bit to about 941.
