They need to be more cautious using form letters and boilerplates. I know to us it isn't a big deal but to the general public that might be viewing it on the NHC site I can see where someone might get the wrong information and wrong idea. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened in the last week or so.

Second vortex. Could become the new center, or something could reconsolidate in between the two vortices.
One thing for sure is that this is still a disheveled mess of a system.

I might of had it a little too far West, I still say around 22.5 (give or take .2)N and around 84.9 (give or take .1)W

That northern "center"/ vort has already started to swing back west as they both the vorts rotate around each other. system needs convection around one of them to consolidate.
