AF will be doing a NW to SE pass next. You can't have NOAA going SE to NW. They would be flying towards each other at the same altitude.

You sure about AF? They should be turning west to go home and NOAA is taking over.

If this is the only landfall for hurricanes in Florida, I'm good for this season.

Weird how the weather got nasty earlier with high winds, heavy rain and now it's super calm relative to yesterday and lunch time today.

Don't count it out yet. It looks like it's going more NE than NNE to me. I think another band of weather is still poised to come our way.

It appears to me that recon may find the storm moving north or maybe nw on next pass. It appears it is doing a cyclonic loop per sat images.
