THE AREA OF CONVECTION PREVIOUSLY LOCATED NEAR 11.4N
163.2E, HAS DISSIPATED AND IS NO LONGER SUSPECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
