We have seen it before - late October gets here and we think the season is all but wrapped up and then we get development; sometimes significant development! We need only to look back to historic events such as Wilma and Sandy or even the 2020 season which gave us Zeta and Eta to know that we are not done just yet.
The NHC has a couple of areas of interest and I think we might see a third added as the week progresses:

Also - don't forget, I am inviting all of the S2K community to join in a special Zoom meeting this afternoon to take a look at the preliminary data findings as well as select video clips from our Ian field work. I will share the link here in a special post and the Admins will as well - that will be around 3:30pm so be on the lookout for that! Hope to see you there!
