Fred Impacts in FL

Here are a couple of DropBox vids from around the Lynn Haven area of FL yesterday evening. The rainfall rates in the western semi-circle were incredible - lots of lightning to go with it. Flooding was happening very quickly and the authorities were not able to get out and get barricades up fast enough. Hopefully the water drained away fairly quickly as Fred was moving and not stalled, so not likely that there were too many issues with people getting stranded or worse.
