Infanta synoptic station located 14.44N, 121.38E, recorded only a minimum 993.3mb and Noru passed 40km northeast of it.

Wunderground AWS in General Nakar registered only a minimum of 991.8 hPa.

ASTi sensor in Angat Dam in Bulacan only registered ≈ 1000.5 hPa (accuracy unknown)
