Pressure steady if not a little higher during the EWRC.

Pressure is way up due to EWRC.

Interesting to note the dry slot largely expanded over mainland Monroe and Miami-Dade counties

It's 59 at my house in Atlanta. Front went through earlier today

Man it looks like this ERC is gonna be a quickie. I feel bad for anyone in the path, like Sanibel. By the earlier trajectory it looked like it was heading directly for the island, but it does looks like there may be a little more of a north ingredient that would take it just west. That's probably just as bad though.

Already down to 64 here. Lows aren't forecast to break any records but shouldn't be off but by 4 degrees or so. This front had some oomph.

Feels like Ian is about to really intensify. CDO is nice and symmetrical and the outflow is healthy in all directions. Recon is in there at a really good time.

On radar they look like a penny in an olympic swimming pool, so I think not.

I was wondering what the two dots were in the eye. Now I know.

My posts are my own personal opinion, defer to the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and other NOAA products for decision making during hurricane season.

Ah, so it did weaken a little. That'll buff right out in a bit.

Pressure's usually higher than extrap. pressure, so might be around 955 or so. Quite a rise from earlier in that short of time.

Definitely less precipitation on that Southeast side than I expected at this point

Eye drop confirms 952. Pressure certainly rose but not by a huge amount by any means

Absolute worst timing for an ERC in terms of impacts.
