GFS & Euro indicate 3 weak low centers on the trailing end of a cold front. No development indicated. Someone is bored. I don't even know who is responsible for the southeast Pacific area. Checking --- Fiji is responsible out to 120W but only south to 25S. Wellington, NZ is technically responsible for the area south of 25S and east to 120W. Looks like it's on the border between Fiji's and Wellington's areas. Fiji is ignoring it, as is Wellington. Visible satellite indicates nothing at 25.7S/136.9W. I wonder who declared this an invest?
