Sorry, I’m on the road right now and on my phone. Can’t put a link.

I found him by going to YT and search by his name. It was down about 4 or 5 vids. About 7 mins long.

Thks, I found it.

Good to see some pro-active movement albeit unplanned. Got to be on top of the rapidly evolving event.

Looks like they are going in the wrong direction

Because this has no public track as it is not designated by the NHC as a PTC it relies on communication by local weather experts who seem to dismiss the potential because it’s November.

This is not a normal setup and things are about a month behind in the tropics and it is real difficult to change the mindsets of TV mets.

Brian shields has a youtube channel mr weatherman he’s an orlando met my bad anyways he talks about a hurricane coming. he’s not downplaying it.

Agreed that CFL mets do not seem to be downplaying this.

WPB Local Meg did a terrific Facebook Live explaining the situation,
He’s not downplaying the situation at all.

CIMSS showing large-area vorts rapidly developing from 925 to 500mb in a rapidly dropping shear environment.
Once it gets stacked, it'll be hard to slow it down.

Here on the West coast Friday Denis Phillips on the Tampa ABC affiliate was saying he is not worried about this at all.
Not judging him but not too smart to go out on a limb and give a false sense of security to viewers even though thats what they really want to hear.

Waters are very warm and will be fuel to the storm.

A hurricane approaching FL from the east in the 2nd week of November... I gotta see it to believe it and as of now i just don't. I do believe a big storm with a large gale and storm force windfield is possible if not likely. I could see a massive beach erosion event from the mid atlantic southward at the very least. I do agree with the Tampa bay area mets tamping down the hype squad on this side of the state as of now..but a nice offshore breeze with some passing party squalls in November sounds amazing.

Lots of warm water fuel to ramp this storm up fast.

I thought the pressure was low last night, but its now sitting at 1006.6 and falling. Why would the pressure be so low, is the background MSLP below average right now?

Took a break from looking at the tropics for a few days and I come back to this. Never would have guessed that we would see a threat to the east coast of Florida in November, that's for sure.

11/6/22 NHC live tropical update that’s the title. i never have seen a NHC video on youtube before. They know as much as we know, there r several routes it could take it could cross the state or stay off shore and head to the Carolinas and it could be subtropical or transition into tropical TS or Hurricane.

I know i saw that and turned off part way through. I liked him for Ian but didn’t like his dismissiveness of the GFS for 98L.
