Using these values, we can get a rough estimate of what would be the gust at 10m and I arrived with a gust of 137 knots, seems right for a cat 4 typhoon.

The lowest pressure barely meets the cat 4 threshold (943 or so) in the Atlantic basin, much less the Pacific. I would bet that 213 mph gust is not correct; by a lot.

It's a gust, not sustained speeds. The CWB has reported these speeds and news agencies across the region have caught onto it.

The strongest wind gust recorded from any tropical cyclone was from Cyclone Olivia in 1996, yet sustained winds were just equivalent to a category 4.

Though these may not have been fully verified, it would not be an impossibility.
