Re: ATL: INVEST 96L - Models
The ECMWF is thinking this is going to be another 50-knot tropical storm in the Eastern Atlantic. Basically a Katia (2023) redux

I am only a meteorology enthusiast who knows a decent amount about tropical cyclones. Look to the professional mets, the NHC, or your local weather office for the best information.

Re: ATL: INVEST 96L - Models
All four hurricane models continue to make this a hurricane on the 18z runs. I still think this has a pretty good chance to develop and maybe become a hurricane despite the NHC lowering the odds slightly

I am in no way a professional. Take what I say with a grain of salt as I could be totally wrong. Please refer to the NHC, NWS, or SPC for official information.

Re: ATL: MARGOT - Models
There have been a number of runs showing Margot turning into a major storm for the British Isles, mostly extra-tropical, but a couple with some tropical aspects...
