So far, the majority of models are at TS strengh with only GFS going to hurricane.

Only the gfs that has been performing very well but we shall see, dangerous setup right now, hopefully this one stays in check.

THere is not a true consensusin terms of intensity among the global, but the hurricane models are bullish.

00z GFS has it but not too strong, as a TD/TS.

Both the HWRF and HMON make this a tropical storm in the Caribbean near Jamaica.

06z GFS has 96L developing in NW Caribbean and enters the GOM.

12z GFS again develops 96L in NW Caribbean and gets to GOM, and looks like is Mexico bound.

Three runs in a row that GFS develops 96L but very weak in NW Caribbean and moves to GOM.
