I think if Nadine had been over water longer, it would of been a hurricane. The satellite presentations show a more circular pattern.


Would also have had a little better chance to retain its surface circulation while crossing into the EPAC. No guarantee though.

Just like how 11E gave birth to a Cat 5 in the Atlantic, Nadine had given birth to a Cat 5 in the EPac. A soul for a soul basically.

We should be glad that Nadine didn't have time to bomb out to a Cat 5 while in the Caribbean...
