Anyone agrees that if Nadine would have more time in the water, it would be a hurricane? I say yes.

I think if Nadine had been over water longer, it would of been a hurricane. The satellite presentations show a more circular pattern.

Would also have had a little better chance to retain its surface circulation while crossing into the EPAC. No guarantee though.
