- HORACIO continues to weaken gradually and is beginning to lose its tropical characteristics. However, it is still developing as a tropical cyclone and is moving southeast away from Rodrigues.

- After slowing down towards 30°S on Thursday, the system is expected to move away again on Friday towards temperate latitudes at an increasingly weaker stage and continuing to lose its tropical characteristics.
