Does anyone know where I could find a year-by-year record of the latest ice-out date statistics for Hudson's Bay?

(Last year, it was iced-out before July, as it is most years.) This morning, the Duluth met office made note of this while lamenting that the jet stream was still meandering south of the area due to Bay ice-bolstered polar highs continuing to subject that city to raw northeasterly winds off Lake Superior well into late summer. (This persistent lower storm track is responsible for the Iowa and Nebraska flooding we've all heard about; there's been a very sharp cut-off to the northern extent of precipitation this year around the Minneapolis area.)
