ARKANSAS...
* THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT
* HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2 TO OVER 5 INCHES IS EXPECTED TODAY THROUGH
MUCH OF FRIDAY AS THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM ISAAC TRACK
NORTHWARD OVER ARKANSAS. TWO TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE
EXPECTED...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. C
* EVEN WITH THE ONGOING DROUGHT CONDITIONS ACROSS MUCH OF
ARKANSAS...HEAVY RAINFALL AT ANY TIME CAN LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING.
