It discusses what JB said about the artic outbreak (early today) coming into the eastern U.S. in 15 days. Though its about 2 weeks away. Its really something to look farwood to if u love the cold (like i do) If this is true. That is crazy stuff. I think were gonna have a really cold and stormy pattern this winter, and JB said early it will DEFFINIETLY (however u spell it) be a neutral winter, but had really no comments but possibly cold this winter of 2003 and 2004 earlier in his column 3 weeks ago. The way things look i think will have a mostly strong negative nao this winter then change to positive and as EL NINO develops really late Winter or early spring. I just cant believe that already snow and really cold temps at end of September/early October if things pan. Its rare but can happen.
This is Crazy as mentioned Cold Artic Outbreak coming...
