This is Crazy as mentioned Cold Artic Outbreak coming...

It discusses what JB said about the artic outbreak (early today) coming into the eastern U.S. in 15 days. Though its about 2 weeks away. Its really something to look farwood to if u love the cold (like i do) If this is true. That is crazy stuff. I think were gonna have a really cold and stormy pattern this winter, and JB said early it will DEFFINIETLY (however u spell it) be a neutral winter, but had really no comments but possibly cold this winter of 2003 and 2004 earlier in his column 3 weeks ago. The way things look i think will have a mostly strong negative nao this winter then change to positive and as EL NINO develops really late Winter or early spring. I just cant believe that already snow and really cold temps at end of September/early October if things pan. Its rare but can happen.

I agree...that means school will probably be closed a lot this winter...which means a shorter summer vacation, but it's all good. ;)

I hope his forecast holds because he indicates the "arctic" air coming all the way down to the gulf coast. It would be nice to wear long sleeve clothing again lol.
