IF.. IF.. it continues west/wobbles south. Dade in eye wall

This is not meant as HYPE, it is simply a warning of what is most likely going to occur based on forecast, and current conditions.
This is a warning to Dade and Broward residents... you will most likely still receieve winds/rain/possible tornados from the eye of Frances. DO not take off your shutters, do not go outside. Later tonight the heavy winds will pick up.

If the storm stays on its current Due west course, or it wobbles a little to the south asa the GFDL was predicting last night, then miami and dad county will experience the eyewall. Even the new GFDL runs show the majority of dade county experiencing hurricane force winds... thus one of the reasons why the NHC has not removed that warning.

As she becomes more semetrical and wraps some of this rain from the north to the south prior to landfall... northern dade where i am will deffinetly experience hurricane force winds... if the current or a more southerly track persists.

Latest radar shows that this outer eye wall is collapsing on the southward side as the inner wall begins to form. However, the main shield is also starting to form, which may produce some TS winds sustained on the coast in the northern portions of the county

the real eye is the tinier circulation inside, but I suspect that Dade may actually get very high wind gusts too

That inner eyewall forming "might" tighten up quit fast over the next 3 to 6 hours. That eye wall also has around 12 hours before landfall. Visible satellite also shows the banding forming around it. So this hurricane could be a cat3 when it makes landfall.
