This is a warning to Dade and Broward residents... you will most likely still receieve winds/rain/possible tornados from the eye of Frances. DO not take off your shutters, do not go outside. Later tonight the heavy winds will pick up.
If the storm stays on its current Due west course, or it wobbles a little to the south asa the GFDL was predicting last night, then miami and dad county will experience the eyewall. Even the new GFDL runs show the majority of dade county experiencing hurricane force winds... thus one of the reasons why the NHC has not removed that warning.
As she becomes more semetrical and wraps some of this rain from the north to the south prior to landfall... northern dade where i am will deffinetly experience hurricane force winds... if the current or a more southerly track persists.
