Gotta admit, I was pretty shocked by some of those losses. The 15 lb. loss surprised me at first. But then one guy lost 22 POUNDS in one week! Hello??
Even though the red team lost the physical challenge, they kicked butt in the weight loss challenge. I guess Jillian's Eat Less plan is gonna prove Ryan's Eat More plan wrong (which I would have guessed anyway). Of course, it probably helps to do FIVE hours of workout a day also!! Wonder if they'll be able to maintain their losses a year after the show is over. I mean, when people go back to work and their regular routines, they don't always have five hours everyday to work out. Celebs on the other hand....
