#1 Postby JamesFromMaine2 » Sun Aug 14, 2005 8:34 pm

Well I am currently working on Photography and one of the things I would like to do is Photograph storms. The other day I got a new Camera and when I got back to Portland Maine from my grandmothers house there was a thunderstorm developing so I thought I would take some pics of it with my new camera! so here they are!

If that doesn't work then you can go to the site http://janddphotography.myphotoalbum.com/ and see them there I also have other pictures there as well some weather related and some not weather related!

James - I editted out the "[img]" tags so people can directly link to those photos.

I'm not really sure why the photos didn't automatically show up with those tags on them. However, having a direct link to them is better for the board - it doesn't take as much time for the page to load.

Did you end up getting that storm?

lol  No! It stayed away from us! lol This summer it seems like most all the storms are going around us or die out just before they get to us! lol But I am kind of expecting a really big storm come around the end of the month! it seems like we are getting into a pattern where every few years we get a microburst that tears right through my neighborhood! and this is the year we should be getting it if the pattern continues and they always happen the week or 2 before then end of August!

Believe me, we've had that experience a few weeks back.
