Don't panic he's alive. Sorry he isn't a robot. He is at a get-together with a group of members of another weather forum in Puerto Rico.
The forum is at:

And you can find some photos in the topic:
Y llego el dia tan esperado!!!
No me fallen!
That way you can verify he is human

Ok
He is ok. I was in that meeting. We were celebrating our first meeting as a group. It was great to shake hand with Luis and then listen a hurricane conference from the National Weather Service subdirector's, Luis Mojica.

Ok folks I am back after my absence for one day.
As Fego said I was at a gettogether of our Members who are living In Puerto Rico and we haved an excellent one. The conference with Doctor Mojica was a very educational one and I learned some things that I didn't knew. The meeting came to an end very late and I was very tired to come to computer and that shows that I am human.

LOL! Actually, I'm not even that good! It was Babelfish. I think their translator needs some work. Ever tried translating a phrase from Spanish to English, then taking that translation back to Spanish? The well-known saying "it loses something in the translation" really comes alive!! I yearn to learn Spanish!
Anyway, glad you guys had such a nice get-together. I know how hard Dr. Mojica works, he is very dedicated. Everyone at NWS is always singing his praises!

Btw Luis, Dr Mojica was called by the NHC headquarters to help with his knowledge and with the media during Ivan or Charlie? I think he said that.
Another very interesting comment from Dr Mojica was the commercial ship that was trapped inside powerful Isabel's eye.
