Will ex-td10 regenerate, the conditions seem more favorable in the next 24 to 48 hours

With the closed LLC with the bursting convection. Remember also Irene did not even show up on the quickscats for 3 days. In this doe's so thats saying something. If this gets into a favable enviroment then I give it a 80 percent chance to become a tropical depression/tropical storm. In maybe even with in 12 hours of doing so.

It would appear that it's already developing this morning. Convection is back over the center.

That really shows the LLC and the new convection starting to reform on it. I think that we could see official regen at 5pm today, but that's the earliest IMO.

If the convection persists over or near the center all through the day, then we should have TD10 back before the end of today.

Convection near the center, decent low level banding features...cue that old Bee Gees tune from Saturday Night Fever.
