There are 21 names on the list. What is the procedure for naming the 22nd storm and so on?

The EPAC used to only go up to W. But in 1985, when it looked like that season would go beyond Waldo, 3 more names (Xina, York, and Zelda) were added just in case. Sure enough, the season ended with Hurricane Xina.
In 1992, all 24 names were used in the most active EPAC on record. Agatha, Blas, Celia, Darby, Estelle, Frank, Georgette, Howard, Isis, Javier, Kay, Lester, Madeline, Newton, Orlene, Paine, Roslyn, Seymour, Tina, Virgil, Winifred, Xavier, Yolanda, and Zeke.
If all names are used, then the EPAC also uses the Greek alphabet.
