I too am from South Carolina and i quite frankly am tired of sleet and freezing rain. Too much of a headache when it comes to driving conditions and power outages. Two years ago when we got that really bad icestorm, i had to go w/o power for 3 days and i don't care to relive that event again! So, i'd be truly grateful if we go some snow this year and lots of it, i really love the snow.

oh yeah i know what you mean...we had no lights for 4 days and everyone around us had lights the 3rd day we were on one the retarded transformers that didnt want to cooperate with being fixed...livin off of kerosene heater cooked soup and sandwiches was so fun lol j/k with a two year old it was even more fun. we had to move the mattress from the bed into the livin room so we could keep that one room warm and brave the cold to go potty ...thats why id much rather have snow than ice in snow i can half drive in ice im hopeless.
