Should there be any concern with this area?

off the coast of North Carolina?
pressures are relatively low, small spin on long range radar loop and looks interesting on satellite.

to get the image on the saztellite link here enter x axis at bottom of page as 326 and the y axis as 83. Do an 8 image loop. * enter where it says previous) http://weather.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/goeseasthurr.html

I don't think so.

I don't see any signs of a circulation, and the convection seems to be done.

yeah it looks like the convection is dying off as we speak.
