"Cute" Coincidence

#1 Postby DoctorHurricane2003 » Mon Aug 22, 2005 5:32 pm

I guess I could call it 'cute' not sure what else to call it...but I just found this odd:

Bret, Gert, Jose...all 4 letter names, all BOC/short lived systems.

Bret opened up the first truly active period, while Gert closed it (although Franklin kept going, name wise)....and it appears that Jose may be opening the next active period.

Just thought that was an odd coincidence. :)

True, what a coincidence. Maybe Katrina will also form in the Gulf if the remnants of TD 10 move over there and all computer models are true.

Actually that wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility:

Bret, Cindy, Dennis, Emily, Franklin, Gert. Total: 6 Storms

Remember, that was July.

Jose, Katrina, Lee, Maria, Nate, Ophelia, Philippe, Rita. Total: 8 Storms.
