We were thinking of meeting at this workshop - OtherHD, David and me - do you think you might be able to go? I haven't never been to one - would be interested in going.

I would really like to go to the workshop but that is the day before we get out of school. We have the awards assembly and some other activities that day.... there is no way out. I was hoping to see Lew Fincher somewhere on the list of speakers. I'll invite him to a Sat. night chat for next week or some other time. Enjoyed the chat last night. The new page is AWESOME gang!! For anyone reading this anywhere, we'd love to see ya'll there ya hear!! I've been in chat with Mr. Franklin previously and he is a really nice person. I look forward to meeting him in person.

Furluvcats and her husband may join us for the conference since we didn't get to meet this weekend. At least we were discussing it in chat last night.

Everyone in LA and TX should get together for this!!!

Just got noticed that the City of Baytown is holding their annual conference June 19th at 6:30 p.m. on Hurricane Preparedness. I will attend this one for certain.

Don't keep tempting me...I would love to go! But unfortunately, G-H area is a long drive away. Hey, I have an idea...go visit campuses (for after I graduate from UWGB) when I'm around there....maybe take the week off from work. ...that would be doubtful

I don't think my bosses would let me off.

Ticka I will have my camrea and I will bust through the hurricane map if I have to to get that picture!!!! :lol:

It would be great if we came up with a Storm2k "business" card we could hand out!!!

I think its a great idea to hand out some kind of flyer or card...someone should do something about that...are there booths that going to be set up there? David...check into it!

Hey, how do we get a Storm 2k shirt? All of us attending should be wearing one so we're easily identifiable...we'll know HD, but thats about it! lol
