It is taking for ever to load for me - anyone else?
Don't know if it's the load of everyone on here or not...

It occurs to me once every few hours where Storm2k suddenly runs extremely slow, but after those few minutes everything goes back to normal speed.

Fine for me although I have Power Link which speeds things. :)

About once every couple of hours on these kinds of days it will take ~8 seconds to load a page, but other than that my satellite works great.

I have DSL and all other sites are loading fine - that's why I asked. Hopefully maybe it's just the route here.

Maybe it's my DSL instead of the site...

It's running fine here on 56k, but then again, I can't tell the difference - every site is slow. :D

I am on cable and I have noticed it taking an extra 5 seconds or so to load a page today at times, other times it is fine. No complaint here but it may be longer for dialup users

The slowdown seems to be in the whole internet, not s2k. None of the backbones are down, but some showing slow times. I hope this isn't another day of worldwide denial of service (DOS) attacks ,like we had last year. With all the new nastier-than-ever viruses coming on line lately, that's always a concern.

Just a little bit slower, a slight lag.... notice it more when there are more people here......not as bad as last year though, at the peak....
Also have noticed a slight internet lag as well. As someone else mentioned, the virus attacks have increased, so I am sure many of the DSL, ISP,and broadband services are working hard on prevention tactics as well.

It does seem to be a bit slower... especially for icons and graphics to load. At least it's loading though...
