Well heck, so was I!! (Just teasing, I've got grown up daughters - was thinking about times in FLA when I had to know whether schools were closed...when no one knows anything...call the cops! They know)

Mine is only 5... she saw the radar and is worried. She went through Charley on her 4th birthday last year. Gotta make plans for work if I have to be off with her on Friday!

I have seen on the Collier County School Board website that the football games are cancelled for Fri. but nothing about school being closed.......

Private Schools

My son goes to a private high school International Learning Accademy, last I spoke with the pres. of the school they were not going to be closed on Fri. But my son will not be there, if Collier County feels it is not safe for our children to be in school, then that is good enough for me. Now my son is doing the happy dance..... :wink:
