What time will Ft Laud be under a hurricane WARNING?

They will likely put the WARNING for Broward and Palm Beach but to be on the safe side if it this is a definite west movement then the extreme northern portion of Miami-Dade, like around Surfside or Bal Harbou might fall under a WARNING

Then again, they might put the WARNING for the Tri-County Area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) and keep the watch from there north
