Bryan Norcross thinks Katrina has slowed down

The predicted slowdown has occured later than they thought and over land. He sounded very concerned cause a lot of South Dade will be under the heavy rain for hours.

I would have to agree. Been sitting in the eye, anticipating the other side for a little over an hour...
