Katrina's eye looks a lot larger now on radar than it did an hour ago.

i still think that part of that is dry air...

I agree, I think that's a result of the dry air that was pushing back the convection somewhat to the north of the center.

Weak Cat 1 canes don't usually have ERC's and especially not over land.
