Why is this the last? The blackout occurs at 03:45 UTC, not 03:15.

Oops sorry. After I wrote that I suddenly thought that he was going to wait 30 minutes for the last and that was his intention.

However I must say that Kat really looks like it's going to go off now.

yes the title was a spelling error! it should have been latest not "lastest"! lol sorry about that!

She's sucking in more dry air, however. That is good news on the intensification front, although I suspect that her gulps of dry air are about to end. The air is rapidly moistening in the vicinity of this storm.
