I do have to say, that this is the most powerful 110 mph cat2. I'v ever seen.

That explains the wobbles. You are seeing the storm jerk around as the intensification bursts throw the circulation off balance.

Winds should come up over the next few hours.

Katrina is entering the hot Loop Current that feeds up through the Yucatan Channel.

Wow. Just wow. Well, pretty soon the storm's intensity will be governed by ERCs. Cat 5 at some point or another is not out of the question. Hope this thing pipes down a bit before it comes ashore. Right now it's looking pretty grim.
