i hope citizens dont start talking trash their mayor and governor if they do fair much better than what was originally talked about

I agree. It does look like this is not going to be "The ONE" but it is still going to do a fair amount of damage. People should just be thankful it is not going to be as bad as folks thought.

it's not going to be nearly as bad as people thought. the surge won't consume the city and winds will probably only gust to about 100mph.
