The subject might do just the opposite - for the sake of those with families in Baton Rouge, you might want to adjust the subject line, so as not to frighten them any further.

My brother is in Baton Rouge and they have been without power for almost 2 hours. (He has a couple of generators fired up, Thank God) He said its not too bad at this time but lots of tree limbs and heavy rain.(They are out near Oneil Ln close to Denham Springs)
