Official wind gusts being reported?

sorry if this has been posted before but just getting off work and have not been able to find ANY official wind gusts.Does anyone know a link that is WORKING so i can find out how bad the surge and winds were.What was the highest winds in NOLA?

heard waves reached 45 feet in MS/AL/FL and a surge of 35 feet is that true or just some media hype on MSNBC?
