Did katrina band make it all the way to east coast?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Did katrina band make it all the way to east coast?

We had a heck of a squall line come through Jacksonville at 6:00. I thought it was kind of heavy for an afternoon thunder shower. When I saw this sat pic, made we wonder. What do you all think? Seems awfully far even for Katrina!

Yeah should make it all the way to parts of SC. Was on the east coast of Florida when I looked.

Based on that photo.. Please correct me if I'm wrong.. But I do believe that would have been an outer rain band..

Looks like we won't get any rain, fortunately. Just some clouds. Good thing, too, because you know how much I hate remnant storms.

Thanks! I thought as much but I think we are all a little weary eyed from staring at the computer for days!

...and still is. It's going to be a wet week for the Mideast.
