What is the "high rise" that Nagin is referring to in the interview? He says it may be structurally unsound.

This interview is absoutely SCARY!!!!!! All I can say is, WOW :eek: :eek: The entire twin span gone! I just can't imagine this.

the sound keeps getting usper muffled and I cant understand large parts of whats being said.

I assume that is the I-10 span that runs above ground. Reports are that it is fractured and unlevel throughout the length of the city and western suburbs.
