Tent cities

Are they planning to set up tent cities like they did in Homestead after Ivan hit. These people need someplace to "live" close to thier homes..

One of my teachers and I are working on a plan to see if we can make places in Lafayette a temporary home for the displaced. We have a few ideas we are working on at this time.

Hopefully we can find a place to bring many of the displaced.
