Yep, I agree, that's why the met on the local news used the word should, because currently they -should- go fish. Things can change within minutes or seconds, look at gas prices

The Bermuda high is forecast to move back off the coast of Florida later in September. Evidently from what I have seen, the high is where is normally should be for this time of year. The Bermuda high normally moves back to the west a bit later in Sept. so Atlantic TW's are projected to be fish right now but that could change in a week or two.

I don't think every single one of those waves will fully develop. Yet, I do expect Maria and very possibly Nate any day now. The tropics are finally beginning to pop like I've been thinking they might.
