I know stephanie, a lot of people myself included just don't understand how they can not throw enough forces into there. Its as if they're holding back for some uncomprehensible reason. Now if troops and supplies are moving there as fast as possible there is no criticism from me. If they have not even been told to move then I have a lot of criticism in my heart. but cannot even send enough troops to maintain order in a small city ?

The city government failed in its most basic task--to maintain order.

These looters should have been shot beginning on Monday and Tuesday. This situation could have been quelled THEN with the application of force.

I think that is going to happen. I think the looters will have to be "forcefully removed". It will be a self selection process. The good folks will be the ones on the buses out of town. The trash will not want give up the city as they now are in control. Lets get good folks out and let the vermin rot in there for several days before troops go in to get them.
