incredibly proud of coastcards and congratulates the governors for being leaders. the fed gov job is big a massive and we're going to do it. primary focus is to save life. we have a responsibility to clean up this mess. i want to thank congress for acting so quickly. we are going to restore order. people expect law and order and we're going to work hard to get it. we've got to get food to people, its our primary mission. we've got a lot of rebuilding, but first we going to save lives. out of this chaos is going to come a fantastic gold coast. out of new orleans is going to become that great city again. i'm here to thank people and comfort people. i want to say something about compassion, know is the time to love your neighbour. my dad and bill clinton are going to help the governors raise funds. if you want to help give cash to red cross and salvation army. we need to stablise the situation. i want thank everyone here, fema working 24hrs a day. if its not going right, we're going to make it right. im not looking forward to this trip, i've got a feel of it from flying over before. the entire coast has been obliterated. thankyou.

Well, this was/is his bullhorn moment here; similar to the bullhorn after at 9/11. He needs to just come out and say, "looters will be dealth with ruthlessly, shoot to kill, it will not stand, i've ordered, we will regain control, etc...." He said kind of that, but I think more direct words and a harsh tone are needed at this juncture. Most of the world, and us are in disbelief. That's what America needs to hear.
